# Understanding and Utilizing Reports

## This article explains how the Reports functionality works in ERM.

The EcoMap team is able to set up any number of custom reports for you to have on hand in your Ecosystem Relationship Manager (ERM). 

To request a new report (new fields and metrics in a csv download), reach out to support@ecomap.tech.

Then, whenever you'd like to access the report, start by visiting the Reports section in the ERM interface, then click the name of the report you're looking for.

Now, to do a new run with updated time constraints, click "+ New".

This will open a window that allows you to name and add a time constraint to your report. When you're ready, click "Run".

You will briefly see that your report is pending -- sit tight, it will only take a minute!

When your report is ready, click download CSV to access.
