This article offers an overview of the Admin Platform Activity Hub of your EcoMap platform.
The Platform Activity Hub is your go-to for information about the usage of your platform.
- Breakdowns of the Users and Assets on your platform by Keyword
- User Engagement with Assets
- Google Analytics Report on Visitors and Traffic
- The ability to export user-generated data from your platform
Only Admins can access the Platform Activity Hub. Get there via your Admin Menu:
The Platform Activity Hub opens to the Overview Page.
Here you can see last 30 day stats on:-
- New User Sign Ups
- Actions Taken by Users
- Items added to the platform
The next section is the All Platform Activity tab. Here you have the ability to see and export every individual action performed by a User of your site.
The whole data set will typically be too large to export unless your platform is very new, however you can use basic and advanced filters to narrow it down.
With the basic filters you can seek out a specific user to see their activity by using the search function, focus on a certain type of action, data, or page, as well as narrow the date range to a specific time period.
The Advanced filters offer even more granular filtering capabilities including focusing on specific keywords, resources, events, lists, etc.
This section is very powerful and can be leveraged to glean all sorts of insights.
The next section is Platform Analytics wherein you'll find EcoMap User, Asset, and Engagement reporting pages as well as a link to your Platform's Google Analytics Reporting.
