# How to review Data added by Users 🧐

## This article will take you through how an Admin reviews Data Assets (Orgs, Resources, Events, etc) added by your Users.

Your Users can add Assets to your site from within the directories. This article explains how to review those Assets and is the same general process whether it's an Event, Organization, Resource, etc. 

Note: you have the ability to control whether those show up before you review them or only after you review them. [How to setup approval process for data added by Users](https://help.ecomap.tech/how-to-setup-new-user-account-approval-process?hsLang=en) provides directions on how to do that.

### 1. Open the menu by tapping the User icon in the upper right corner. Select the Data Management section.

### 2. Select the section label for the type of Asset you're looking to review.

### 3. If you want to read about the Resource, click the Resource's name.

### 4. To edit the review status, click the three dots on the far right side of it entry line.

### 5. Select Edit Review Status

### 6. Select your desired Review status. 

Note: if you choose No Longer Exists, you cannot un-do this action.
