This tutorial will cover how to edit the content of your About page's Frequently Asked Questions content block, which requires Admin permissions. If you need to turn on the FAQ content block, reference the article "How to add or remove Home and About page content blocks."
Having an FAQ section is a great way to answer common questions you receive about your EcoMap. Things like... What does the EcoMap do? Who is it for? And, if it's free to use?
Note: there is a limit to 4 questions in the FAQ section.
1. To edit your FAQ block, you'll first need to make sure you're an Admin and then you need to ender Edit Mode from the right hand Admin Menu.
2. Next, head over to your About page.
Then, scroll down to your Frequently Asked Questions content block.
3. To edit the overall content block information, including the title of the section, you'll select the Editor icon to the upper right of that block.
4. This will open up options to update section title, subtitle, and the appearance of your FAQ section.
5. To edit each individual questions and answer, tap the downward V carrot to the right of that question.
This will reveal, the current answer, and a new Editor icon under it. Tap that icon to pull up the form for updating that Question and Answer.
6. Update the "Section Title" to modify the FAQ question itself, and update the "Section Body" to modify the answer to that question.
You don't need to save, just tap out of the box to see your updates live and repeat the process to make further updates.
