## v4.49.0 Release Notes

### **What’s New 🚀**

 This week's release introduces email notifications for new Community Hub posts, along with a new map view on the Global Search page and upgraded map functionality across directories. We've also fixed an issue with placeholder logos to ensure your branding displays correctly.

### **✨ Improvements**

**Community Hub Post Notifications:** Admins can now enable email notifications when new posts are created in the Community Hub. An activity feed entry is also added to keep track of these updates.

**New and Improved Map View:** We've rolled out a custom-built map component that gives us more flexibility and control. Map view is now available for the first time on the Global Search page, and has been improved across organization, resource, job, and event directories. 

### **🐛 Bug Fixes**

**Placeholder Logos Display Correctly:** Fixed an issue where fallback images sometimes showed the wrong logo. Your custom placeholder logos will now display as expected whenever needed.
