# Understanding & Utilizing Forms

## Learn how Forms function in ERM, from configuration to associating them with specific Case Types

Forms allow an entrepreneur to submit the information you need to get started working on their case. 

When a form is completed, it will automatically open the associated Case Type.

For now, EcoMap has to configure your specific Form fields. If you need a new Form or edits to an existing Form, reach out to support@ecomap.tech.

The Forms section shows you all your Forms, both active and inactive. Click "Open Form" to see what your end users will see when they fill it out.

In settings you can select which Case Type to associate the Form to, as well as update the title, description, and completion message.
